Ragini is an advocate and founder of the law firm, Ragini Singh and Associates (RSA), based primarily in Mumbai (Nariman Point) and Delhi, with clients in England. She is also a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.

She is an alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai and University College London, England from where she completed her LLM in International Finance.

She is also an Advisory Member of the Central Board of Film Certification of India, popularly and rather unfairly known as the “Censor Board”.

The firm, RSA, acts as legal advisors to the Bombay Stock Exchange, amongst others. While RSA primarily deals with Corporate, Securities and Commercial Dispute Resolution, it offers a full range of legal services across practice areas that include White Collar Crime, Income Tax Litigation, Service Law and Real Estate.
